accomodationromania.com provides accommodation services in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, and with the period and details of the confirmed reservation. . It is agreed that the company shall not be liable for any inability to provide the services as a result of any Force Majeure causing the temporary or permanent closure.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product information posted on accomodationromania.com are based on information collected from accommodation providers and suppliers. We do not endorse or recommend any particular accommodation or travel product. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of our web site is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without prior notice. All content on this web site is published in good faith but you acknowledge that we, as booking agent, cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers.
3. PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION
accomodationromania.com reserve the right to change prices offered on our web site at any time but this will not affect the price of any bookings that have already been confirmed. The prices on the web site are shown in the currency selected and displayed with rates of exchange calculated on a daily basis.
Prices may therefore differ on a daily basis to reflect any movement in exchange rate levels. Should the client modify or cancel the reservation the new rates or the penalties will be recalculated  acording to the exchange rates available in the curent day.
4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Inquiries and booking of accommodation can be done electronically, by mail or in person at our head quarters. When booking, the customer confirms that he is familiar with the General Terms and Conditions, and that he accepts them in their entirety.   When booking, the customer is required to give all the information necessary in the booking procedure.
5. RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
You may cancel your booking in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy. Details about how to cancel a booking  will be found on the site separatly  at each hotel.

accomodationromania.com reserves the right to change or modify a reservation in case of circumstances caused by conditions beyond its control that cannot be predicted, avoided or rectified . Booked accommodation can be substituted only by an accommodation unit of the same or higher category and at the price confirmed during booking, provided that customer is notified ahead of time.

Should the customer wish to change a reservation, this must be done in written form on the main menu at “My Bookings” section or by email or fax. The following are examples of changes: changes to the number of customers, changes to arrival / departure dates and can be made before  option date for each of the chosen hotel.
6. CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS
The customer is required:
     - to have valid travel documents,
     - to obey customs regulations and currency exchange regulations of the country where the destination is located, also to the rules of the hotel / pension / villa or of the host;
     - to produce the confirmation of payment (Voucher received by mail or email) upon arrival

Should the customer not follow the above listed obligations, the customer is liable for caused damage and must cover the expenses. By confirming the reservation, the customer accepts to pay for all damages caused directly to the host.

accomodationromania.com is not responsible for damaged, destroyed or lost luggage, as well as for the theft of luggage or valuables in the accommodation unit ( rental of a safety deposit box is recommended if available).
7. COMPLAINTS
Any complaint regarding the supply of a service should be brought to the attention of the accommodation or service provider as early as possible during your  stay so that your complaint is dealt with as soon as possible. However if not solved to your satisfaction it should be notified to us in writing by email within 5 days of the date of service. Any complaint received after 5 days of the date of service will not be investigated.
